Block sizes, cutoffs, rates and perks — one form gets you a proposal.
Blocks typically start around ten rooms. With 204 rooms and suites across three room types — Standard Kings, Two Queen Rooms and Suites — we can shape blocks from small family gatherings to full-tower takeovers.
Group rates are custom-quoted around your dates, room mix and length of stay, with a simple agreement and a booking cutoff date. Share your details and we’ll put a proposal together.
Yes — blocks pair naturally with our event venues, from the 2,157 sq. ft. Hillsborough Rooms to the 20th-floor ballroom. See meetings for capacities, or mention your agenda when you inquire.
Each block has a cutoff date, usually a few weeks before arrival. Rooms held in the block release after cutoff, so we recommend guests book early — we’ll help you chase the stragglers.
Qualifying blocks include a welcome toast at High Ground Lounge on the 20th floor. It’s the fastest way we know to turn a list of strangers into a group.
